PAYMENT 

You can pay online via IDEAL and with Paypal. During the payment procedure you can select your preferred payment provider. Once Rêve Mondial receives your order, it will be processed.

Paying via iDeal is a safe, simple and fast way of paying online. Who uses internet banking via ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, Regio Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van LanschotBankiers can pay directly with iDEAL. Select your bank and continue with the next steps. 

PayPal 
PayPal is a system, which serves as an intermediar at online payments. If you decide to use PayPal as payment method, you will be directed to the PayPal login page, where you can make your payment in a secure environment. 
 

 

RETURN

We hope you enjoy our Rêve Mondial product(s). However, when the product(s) you received does not meet your expectations, it is possible to return your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as you received it. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the labels must be still attached to the purchased product.

If you prefer to return your product, please follow the following steps:

  • Please follow the instructions in the link, which you will receive automatically per email.
  •  & Return the package at the closest PostNL service point.
  • Please note the following:
    • We accept returned product(s) within 14 days of the order date
    • The costs for returning the product(s) you ordered are for your own account
    • Shipping costs in the original order are not credited

We will reimburse the amount within 5 working days from the day we receive your return (via the original payment method)
